1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Selah Scroll, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Selah Scroll is a faith-based mobile application that provides Bible verses, trivia, guided prayers, community features, and screen time management tools. Access requires a paid subscription after a free trial period.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Selah Scroll offers monthly ($4.99/month) and annual ($39.99/year) auto-renewable subscriptions.
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or use another person's account.

5. User Content

You may post comments, profile information, and other content. You agree not to post content that is offensive, profane, abusive, or violates any law. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users' experience, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of Selah Scroll are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
